"Our foundational, softly sacred culinary experience."
$115 per student | 2-student minimum
Our Bread & Butter class is the heart of our culinary offerings — steady, foundational, and always worth returning to. In this hands-on experience, students learn to craft both leavened and unleavened breads from scratch, along with the simple, satisfying art of making fresh butter.
What You’ll Learn
Leavened Bread — working with yeast, dough development, structure, and flavor
Unleavened Bread — simple, ancient, fast, and deeply meaningful
Fresh Butter Making — churning cream into the richest, purest butter you’ve ever tasted
But beyond the technique, this class offers a quiet invitation to reflect on the deeper meaning of bread itself: a symbol of provision, fellowship, and the miracle of daily sustenance.
